Great communication about shipping and availability, plus she arrived with her heating still warm. The baby I received is beautiful and healthy, with a bright pattern and a lot of curiosity. Even though she just got to me, she's already confident and exploring her tank and myself. She's not as head shy as my previous baby snakes, and I'm thrilled with her in every way. My Ball Python came in a little stressed from the trip. (as well as a shipping delay, however that is on Fedex and not S@S) but she has quickly warmed up to me. They are super alert, active, and ate a frozen thawed mouse with no issue. very happy with them.
